Return Policy

At ShopTec, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your order, we're here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • The product was delivered incorrectly

  • You received an incomplete order (missing accessories or components)

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Software or digital licenses once activated

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Items without original packaging or missing parts

  • Opened accessories (cables, toners, batteries, etc.) unless faulty

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@shoptec.in or call 8058 122 233 within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide order details, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos if applicable

  3. Our team will review the request and confirm return eligibility

  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it to our return address


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet, as per your preference

Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Replacement Policy

If you request a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will dispatch the replacement after verifying the returned product

  • If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us directly

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you may proceed with a return after delivery
