Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ShopTec. We aim to provide fast, safe, and reliable delivery for all your electronics and IT product needs. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery process, timelines, and conditions.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote or out-of-delivery areas, our support team will inform you of any alternate arrangements or delays.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹200 (Free on orders above ₹15000)

  • Express Shipping: Available in select cities at an extra charge

  • Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status in real-time.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package is damaged or any items are missing:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Send photos of the package and the product to support@shoptec.in.

  • We will initiate a replacement or refund based on our return policy.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—we plan to expand globally soon!
